Product Operations Manager II - Video Surveillance

Alarm.com, a leader in smart security and IoT solutions, is seeking a Product Operations Manager II – International for their Video Surveillance product line. This role involves coordinating product launches, managing international market feedback, and working cross-functionally to ensure successful global deployments.

Skills

Strong organizational and communication skills across global teams.
Experience in product operations, technical program management, or product coordination.
Familiarity with hardware product lifecycles, market launch processes, and certifications.
Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate international market feedback with sales, product, and technical teams.
Track and collaborate on hardware regulatory certifications by region.
Plan and prioritize country launches based on certifications and business opportunities.
Manage beta and early access deployments in international markets.
Support SKU management, labels, packaging, and firmware customizations.
Gather and prioritize international feature requests.
Diagnose and triage international hardware and installation issues.
Serve as primary operational liaison between product and international go-to-market teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
Business degrees acceptable only with strong technical background.
