Junior HR Operations Specialist - e-Xperience Associate

Job Description

Embark on a dynamic journey with Allegro e-Xperience 2025, spanning from 1st of July 2025 to 31st of December 2025 . Upon successful completion, we aim to extend a permanent contract, fostering your professional growth and development.

What does this role involve? 

  • You will be part of the HR Operations team, supporting key HR processes related to employee lifecycle, recruitment, and training administration
  • You will support the organization and coordination of recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
  • You will verify employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and labor law regulations
  • You will manage training administration, including scheduling courses, maintaining training records, and coordinating language classes

This is the right job for you, if you: 

  • You are familiar with HR administrative processes, including employee documentation, recruitment coordination, or training administration.
  • You feel comfortable in working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities.
  • You are competent in organizing and maintaining HR records with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You work with the following tools: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), HR information systems, and recruitment or training management platforms.
  • You know English at B2 level

Nice to have:

  •  Czech at B1+ level
