Contexte et environnement de travail

Renault poursuit son engagement envers les jeunes au travers de la formation par l’alternance et les stages. Cette politique volontariste positionne Renault comme un des contributeurs majeurs au développement de l’apprentissage en France. Dans le cadre de votre alternance, vous serez suivi par le service Emploi, compétences et Politiques Jeunes et plus particulièrement au sein des relations écoles et de la marque employeur de Renault.

La formation interne est en perpétuel évolution et avec l'arrivée de nouvelles technologies comme l'intelligence artificielle de nouveaux moyens de communication permettent d'élargir la manière de transmettre la connaissance, et la manière d'apprendre.

Au sein du service Process, Methods and Tools vous contribuerez à la mise en place du nouveau dispositif de formation interne Système/software. Vous collaborez avec les experts en charge de la production des directives de conception et l'équipe en charge de les déployer auprès des équipes.

Le poste est basé à Guyancourt (78) en alternance. Vous bénéficier de 2 à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine.

Votre mission:

  • Dans le cadre de la refonte du dispositif de formation d'ingénierie des systèmes.
  • Vous réalisez une analyse du dispositif de formation et de communication interne auprès des équipes de conception.
  • Vous proposez des évolutions de l'offre et des services.
  • Vous mettez en place des évènements de communication interne (ex: newsletters, chaine pédagogique…)
  • Vous contribuez à la refonte et à l'évolution du Massive Online Open Course (MOOC).
  • Vous participez à la création de contenus pédagogiques basées sur l'intelligence artificielle avec l'aide des experts.
  • Contribuer à la mise en place du micro-Learning et la pédagogie inversée.

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Vous êtes en apprentissage par alternance BAC+3 sur le thème de la communication et du marketing.
  • Vous êtes familier avec les fondamentaux du design graphique et de l'identité de marque, à tout ce qui se rapporte à la UX/UI.
  • Vous maitrisez les techniques de communication et marketing.
  • Vous avez des notion sur la mise en place une platform de communication type web, chaine vidéo.
  • Vous faite preuve de créativité et de capacité de vulgarisation visuel.
