Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team in Boston. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to become future leaders within the company. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured training, you will gain exposure to various departments while developing essential leadership, strategic, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational training program across multiple departments (operations, strategy, client relations)

• Assist team leads in project planning, execution, and reporting

• Analyze performance metrics and contribute to process improvements

• Develop and present internal reports and recommendations

• Support and eventually lead small team initiatives

• Attend leadership workshops and training sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Demonstrated leadership potential through school, work, or volunteer experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
