We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, representing Messa Sync with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. This role is vital in maintaining smooth office operations and supporting various administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and timely manner

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence

  • Ensure the front desk is fully stocked and operational

  • Support other departments with general office duties as needed
