You will be the backbone of our document management system, curating a centralized repository that enables seamless access and retrieval for our internal teams like Purchasing, Finance, and Customs. Your sharp eye for detail will come into play as you manage version controls, conduct audits, and make sure every document is up-to-date and compliant. Imagine collaborating closely with our Supply Chain team to gather necessary documentation for international shipments while also helping with fire drills by having those documents ready at a moment’s notice! If you have an Associate’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, along with a year of experience in document control or a related role, you might just be the perfect fit.
