Join us as an Afterschool Hebrew Instructor at PS 166 The Richard Rodgers School of The Arts and Technology! This unique position allows you to combine your love for teaching Hebrew with hands-on experience working directly with Kindergarten through 5th graders. In this role, you'll actively engage your students and foster their language skills while introducing them to the rich culture associated with the Hebrew language. You'll collaborate closely with fellow staff to manage student progress and behavioral expectations, and you'll maintain effective communication addressing any program-related matters. Using our digital platforms, you'll handle essential administrative tasks like tracking attendance and managing learning materials. But most importantly, you'll create a vibrant, inclusive, and exciting learning environment that promotes a love for learning. With a part-time schedule on Tuesdays from 2:40 PM to 5:40 PM, starting January 7th, you'll be part of a committed team dedicated to empowering the next generation.
