Are you a pragmatic leader who thrives on transforming ideas into reality with precision and purpose? Do you have a knack for cross-team coordination, simplifying the complex, and delivering reliable results? Are you eager for an opportunity to join a global team focused on driving value to our customers and Amazon Web Services (AWS)? AWS is seeking a customer-obsessed CX Program Manager to join the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team. In this role, you will join a dynamic team to develop emerging products to drive innovation and automation in Private Pricing. The CX Program Manager, 3PX is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing repeatable processes, creating and managing metrics, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and program and process changes. Through this work, you will play an instrumental role in building the Private Pricing Program brand, driving awareness and adoption, and increasing deal count and velocity. The ideal candidate works independently, seeking guidance as needed. With a solid understanding of the business problems, tools, workflows, and the inter-dependencies that pertain to Private Pricing, you make connections and make sure the right people are part of the conversation. You solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks). You oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to failure risks and effectively communicate impacts. You measure success by impact (vs. size of effort), and continuously inspect both approach and output to incrementally raise the bar over time. Key job responsibilities • Define, create, and own project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation • Partner with leadership to define success metrics and criteria and align with internal stakeholders to achieve • Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects, proactively assessing and resolving project risks as they are encountered • Own communications and processes to continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status • Deliver on time, in budget, and ensure all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in business case • Define, measure, and analyze post-launch metrics to continuously optimize design and end-to-end experience A day in the life This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction and network proactively. You must be comfortable working on multiple segments in parallel, which is why strong organizational skills with the capability to multi-task are critical. Amazon is a fast-paced and exciting environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and will be able to thrive in a resource constrained environment.
