BLINCYTO has redefined the standard-of-care in the frontline consolidation phase setting of B-ALL treatment. BLINCYTO recently received label expansion in June 2024 based on ground-breaking improvement in overall survival. This post-launch phase is a critical time in its lifecycle as it represents a significant growth opportunity for Blincyto to reach and serve more patients in this rare but often fatal disease. As the market-leading immunotherapy for the treatment of B-ALL and the anchor for our growing bi-specific T-cell engager portfolio (BLINCYTO, IMDELLTRA, xaluritamig), BLINCYTO represents a priority brand for Amgen and the US oncology business.
As an integral member of the BLINCYTO Brand team, the Marketing Senior Manager – Customer Strategy and Engagement Lead will report into the Commercial Marketing Director, working in close partnership with the Account Marketing Director. To drive depth and breadth of BLINCYTO adoption in the frontline consolidation setting, this will be a hybrid role across account marketing and HCP marketing with the goal to drive national scale and impact with a focus on:
The Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for leading account and HCP marketing initiatives to reinforce clinical conviction and drive consistent adoption across appropriate patient types with thought leaders, community HCPs and APPs. This role will also include leading initiatives to expand breadth of use within targeted community accounts as we aim to change the future of B-cell ALL treatment. As the customer strategy and engagement lead, this role will include driving effective collaborator leadership and communication including developing and managing both national and regional opinion leaders, evolving the opinion leader engagement strategy and driving execution and pull-through to the community setting.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Associate’s Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills - to set targets, track to achievements and complete projects

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
