About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Estimator Lead to oversee and drive our estimating operations. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and specialized estimating software such as AMODA systems.
  • Develop and standardize unit pricing models to ensure consistency in cost assessments across projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, project planners, operations teams, and contractors to solve design challenges, offer technical guidance, and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Review and refine estimates to optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and project scope.
  • Ensure well-organized, comprehensive, and easily accessible project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and cost breakdowns.
  • Train and mentor junior estimators, fostering continuous improvement in estimating practices.
