Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams and senior management to ensure communication strategies align with company goals and objectives.
Event Promotion and Community Engagement: Organize and promote community events, acting as the company’s spokesperson to foster engagement and raise brand awareness.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community stakeholders, representing the company’s services and acting as a liaison between the company and the public.
Campaign Strategy Development: Create community-based strategies and campaigns to boost brand visibility and enhance public relations efforts.
Public Relations Outreach: Establish and maintain positive relationships with consumers, community organizations, employees, and public interest groups to uphold the company’s image.
Coaching Client Representatives: Provide guidance to client representatives on effective communication strategies with the public and employees to improve brand representation.
Strategy Analysis: Assess company objectives and promotional policies to develop public relations strategies that shape public opinion and highlight the company’s services.
Content Creation and Brand Identity: Ensure the company’s image and identity are maintained through strategic communications and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Market Trends and Advertising Alignment: Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify market trends and evaluate advertising efforts to ensure they align with public relations strategies.
Experience: Previous experience in community relations, sales, or public relations is preferred but not required.
Relationship Building: Strong ability to engage with diverse audiences and build rapport with the community.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
