Director, Technical Accounting & Reporting

They are looking for a seasoned Director of Technical Accounting & Reporting to lead technical accounting policies, SEC filings, and compliance ensuring financial reporting excellence in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical accounting expert for complex transactions ensuring U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance.
Lead technical accounting research and documentation, including drafting detailed technical memos.
Monitor and communicate impacts of FASB and SEC updates to the accounting team.
Develop, maintain, and implement corporate accounting policies and best practices.
Oversee preparation and filing of SEC reports including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and quarterly disclosures.
Lead disclosure committee meetings to ensure internal readiness and compliance.
Manage the Equity Administration function ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Active CPA license.
