We are seeking an entrepreneurial Community Engagement & Investor Relations Manager to serve as a key liaison between Anagram and our investors. This role will manage the day-to-day of investor communications and fund operations, while spearheading community engagement through tailored programming, events, and content.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has relevant experience managing communications, whether in client services, startup community management, investor relations, or marketing and communications. We’re seeking the right skills, cultural fit, and attitude, as opposed to a specific set of prior roles.
Develop and execute investor engagement strategies, including investor communications, networking events, and other investor experiences.
Spearhead the planning and execution of investor events, including dinners, outings, and firm-hosted forums.
Produce and curate content for monthly investor newsletters, including fund updates, market insights, and thought leadership pieces.
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new investors, ensuring seamless execution of subscription documents, KYC/AML compliance, and data collection.
Maintain and manage investor records, ensuring accuracy in investor allocations, capital accounts, and legal documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries regarding fund terms, performance reporting, and operational matters.
Track and manage capital calls, distributions, and investor commitments, ensuring timely execution and communication.
Coordinate with fund administrators, legal teams, and accountants to ensure investor records and reporting are up-to-date.
Prepare and distribute quarterly reports, capital account statements, and investor notices with a high level of accuracy.
Work closely with senior leadership to enhance investor relations processes, including CRM system optimization and data analytics for investor insights.
Identify opportunities for enhanced investor engagement through digital tools, content strategies, and new relationship management approaches.
Monitor industry trends and investor sentiment, providing feedback to leadership on opportunities for deeper engagement.
Candidates should be detail-oriented and organized, have excellent written communication skills, and be excited about finding new ways to engage our investors.
Candidates should have:
Bachelor’s degree
3-6 years of professional experience working in hospitality, marketing or a client-facing role at an agency, or a tech startup
Familiarity with a range of professional software (e.g, Office 365, Slack, Notion, Affinity, etc.) with an aptitude for learning new systems and processes
