Responsibilities
- Build and maintain observability pipelines for structured data from logs and metrics.
- Define service health metrics, SLOs, and KPIs with IT Infrastructure and Support teams.
- Develop dashboards and telemetry interfaces using tools like Grafana and Datadog.
- Create instrumentation and automations in Python for anomaly detection.
- Collaborate with analysts to define reusable IT performance metric definitions.
