Program Manager, Software Integrations

They seek a high-agency, autonomous Program Manager for Air Defense Software to lead cross-functional teams, oversee program execution, and drive innovation in software integrations.

Skills

Strong program management skills with experience in software integrations and defense/aerospace domains.
Exceptional communication abilities to engage internal teams, customers, and stakeholders effectively.
Financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
Systems and engineering mindset to understand technical requirements and trade-offs.
Ability to build and nurture high-trust, collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

Own program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met or exceeded.
Maintain strong alignment with customer mission requirements and foster open communication.
Build and lead high-performance, outcome-oriented teams fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and business development.
Develop strategic plans and identify growth opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
Manage program budgets, financial forecasting, and collaborate on pricing strategies.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure program success.

Education

Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or related technical field preferred.
