Senior Manager - Electrical Engineering (FPGA Design / Compute / HDL)

They are seeking a Senior Manager in Electrical Engineering with expertise in FPGA design, compute solutions, and HDL to lead a dynamic team driving embedded compute development and FPGA workflows.

Skills

Expertise in FPGA and HDL design including VHDL or Verilog
Proficiency with PCB design and electronic design automation tools such as Altium Designer
Experience with hardware interfaces like Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB
Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics and electronic circuits
Familiarity with signal integrity and power integrity design principles
Competence using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and thermal chambers

Responsibilities

Lead an electrical engineering team focused on embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking
Own the full PCB development lifecycle for host boards involving FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs
Develop and optimize workflows across the FPGA and HDL design cycle including architecture, simulation, and testing
Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize scalable rollout of compute solutions across the company
Create and maintain detailed product development schedules to ensure timely execution by all teams

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
