Technical Program Manager, Intelligence Systems

Anduril Industries is a defense tech company revolutionizing military capabilities with AI-powered systems. They seek a Technical Program Manager to lead integration and development projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners for Intelligence Community customers.

Skills

Strong program and project management skills
Familiarity with government acquisition and contract reporting
Technical aptitude in systems engineering and architecture
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence tools
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze contract financial data and staffing burn rates

Responsibilities

Drive contract deliverables process ensuring compliance and timely submissions
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
Facilitate coordination between engineering teams and external customers
Prepare program progress reports based on schedule and cost performance
Support proposal team in development of integrated master schedules
Manage change boards, audits, and review processes for project oversight

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
