Remote BCBA (Spanish Speaking) – Work from Home - job 2 of 2

Are you a BCBA who wants to make a difference—without sacrificing flexibility? At AnswersNow, we deliver virtual ABA therapy to families across the country, and we’re looking for bilingual Spanish-speaking BCBAs to help us expand access to high-quality care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide ABA therapy and caregiver support virtually

• Deliver services in both Spanish and English

• Complete documentation, assessments, and treatment planning

• Collaborate with a remote care team focused on clinical quality

What We're Looking For:

• BCBA in good standing

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Comfortable with remote tools and virtual care

• Available part-time (20–30 hrs) or full-time (40 hrs)

• Must be available 3pm-8pm ET / 12pm-5pm PT

• Access to a quiet, professional workspace and reliable internet
