• Operation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of a hydrostatic balance (absolute method for liquid density determination)
• Execution and responsibility for the production of certified reference materials in compliance with ISO 17034
• Management and calibration of measuring instruments according to ISO 17025 guidelines
• Contribution to the expansion of existing accreditation scope with new calibration parameters
• Creation, maintenance, and improvement of documents for the accredited laboratory
• Participation in developing training content, organizing, and conducting internal and external training sessions

• Completed higher education (e.g., apprenticeship, technical school) with a focus on science or technology (e.g., chemical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.)
• Enthusiasm for working with high-precision measuring instruments
• Practical laboratory experience is an advantage
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and highly precise working style
• Strong self-motivation, determination, and team spirit
• Ability to think in a networked manner and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel occasionally

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 2.700  to € 3.200.
