Details below!Location - Remote, EST hours (8:30-5pm) *Must sit in an approved state*Duration - 12+ month contractPay - 55+/hr W2Top Requirements:• 5+ years of UX/UI design with a focus on digital products• Extensive experience with figma• Clean, direct, online portfolio with concise and data driven case studiesJob Summary:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and create user-centered design solutions.• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.• Participate in and facilitate user research initiatives and usability testing, working closely with our UX Researchers to ensure user needs and pain points are identified, documented, and translated into design solutions.• Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand and accessibility guidelines, leveraging your understanding of human psychology and design principles.• Maintain design consistency and ensure seamless interaction between all touchpoints within the customer journey.• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate best practices into the design process.• Share best practices and foster a culture of design excellence through participation in design critique, pair design and mentorship
