The Digital Experiences Producer (AI) for Marcom will be a critical member of AI and tools capability within Apple’s WW Marcom Interactive team. Responsible for managing the definition, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of AI tools that enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and creativity of our marketing organization.
Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Experiences Producer (AI) to join our Marketing Communications (Marcom) team.
This role acts as a critical bridge in translating business goals from a multi-disciplinary organization into actionable plans to integrate new tooling and processes within our workflow across insights, creative development, production, and operations.
The ideal candidate has a passion and proven capability for delivering digital products that enhance marketing and creative operations, experience working with AI, strong planning and communication skills, and ability to build delivery plans that adapt to dynamic and creative environments.
Reporting into the Director of Digital Experiences, you will oversee a cross-functional team including analytics, engineering, creative, and change management resources. You will work cross-functionally within Marcom; across the disciplines of Interactive, Strategy, Analytics, Creative, Production and Operations.
AI Tools Roadmap and Cross Functional Alignment
Define and maintain the feature roadmap and backlog for internal AI tools, aligned to business goals and leadership priorities.
Translate creative workflows into tool requirements and prototypes.
Tools Development and Delivery
Partner with prototyping and engineering leads to drive an optimal delivery process that delivers high-quality tools to the business at speed and scale.
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting for tool initiatives.
Adoption & Continuous Improvement
Support rollout of new AI initiatives, including change management and user onboarding.
Collect feedback, analyze KPIs, and continuously refine tools to enhance value and usability.
Establish clear support systems for internal users.
Track project progress, manage timelines, identify risks, and report on outcomes to AI program leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Awareness of AI ethics, responsible AI design, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
10 years of experience in project management, or digital production, within a marketing and technology-focused environment.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and tools, including generative AI, machine learning, and their practical applications
Experience managing complex technology projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Experience leading change management initiatives and driving technology adoption within a team or organization
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Awareness of AI ethics, responsible AI design, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Experience delivering AI tools in a creative organization.
Experience supporting the evolution and maintenance of AI tools in a creative organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated understanding of core Marketing Communication principles and practices.
Proven ability to manage complex technology projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and levels of seniority.
