In this position, your daily work has an immediate and positive impact on others. Some of the responsibilities include: •Taking incoming calls to assist with questions and provide information •Data entry of information in the database •Providing referrals to other services when needed •Reporting in MS Office •Daily interaction with the team to provide excellent communication.
