Frontend Software Engineer - Mission Control

Applied Intuition is a leader in vehicle intelligence technology, providing advanced autonomy solutions to automotive and defense industries. They seek a Frontend Software Engineer to develop a sophisticated UI platform for their Mission Control defense autonomy tooling, focusing on real-time, data-rich applications.

Skills

Proficiency with React and TypeScript for frontend development
Experience with spatial reasoning and geographic map rendering (2D/3D)
Knowledge of real-time command and control interface design
Strong UI/UX sensibility with user-centric design approach
Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development cycles

Responsibilities

Design and implement data-oriented frontend UI/UX platforms with 2D/3D rendering capabilities
Collaborate with Design and engineering teams to create intuitive workflows for defense tooling
Integrate frontend components with in-house simulators, data pipelines, and autonomous systems
Ensure robust architecture with clear roles and strong test coverage
Iterate rapidly in a startup-like team environment delivering mission-critical software

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
