Responsibilities
- Design and deliver internal training programs for recruiter onboarding, interviewer training, and hiring manager enablement.
- Create scalable content and documentation such as hiring guides, role scoping templates, candidate evaluation frameworks, and interview debrief SOPs.
- Partner with recruiting leadership to identify skill gaps, roll out training initiatives, and measure their effectiveness.
- Educate cross-functional teams on best practices for partnering with recruiting.
- Manage a central knowledge hub for recruiting processes, playbooks, and guides.
- Support consistent adoption of recruiting tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with other recruiting program managers to integrate learning programs into broader hiring infrastructure.
