Program Manager - Recruiting Enablement

Applied Intuition, a leading vehicle intelligence company, is seeking a Recruiting Program Manager to lead training and enablement programs within their recruiting function. The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development, recruiting enablement, or talent development, and possess strong program management skills to design and scale training initiatives that improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver internal training programs for recruiter onboarding, interviewer training, and hiring manager enablement.
  • Create scalable content and documentation such as hiring guides, role scoping templates, candidate evaluation frameworks, and interview debrief SOPs.
  • Partner with recruiting leadership to identify skill gaps, roll out training initiatives, and measure their effectiveness.
  • Educate cross-functional teams on best practices for partnering with recruiting.
  • Manage a central knowledge hub for recruiting processes, playbooks, and guides.
  • Support consistent adoption of recruiting tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other recruiting program managers to integrate learning programs into broader hiring infrastructure.
