Applied Intuition is a leading vehicle intelligence company focused on accelerating safe, AI-driven machines adoption. We seek an experienced Recruiting Program Manager to lead and scale our recruitment operations and workflows, improving hiring consistency and efficiency.

Skills

Experience with recruiting operations or technical program management
Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, and structured project tracking tools
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to design systems and workflows at scale
Attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

Build and improve core recruiting workflows including intake, interview processes, offer delivery, and feedback management
Execute programs end-to-end using Confluence and JIRA to track and document progress
Translate complex problems into structured workflows and align stakeholders
Partner with recruiters, managers, and interviewers to roll out systems and ensure adoption
Define ownership and training plans to maintain process effectiveness
Collaborate with Recruiting Technology to align process design with tooling
Continuously assess gaps and refine recruiting systems based on data and feedback
