Arcellx is a public, clinical-stage biotechnology company seeking a Medical Science Liaison to enhance relationships with healthcare professionals in cell therapy. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the medical field and will embody our core values of character, audacity, determination, collaboration, and originality.

Skills

Advanced health sciences degree preferred.
Experience in hematologic malignancy and/or cell therapy.
Familiarity with healthcare systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and work across functions.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals within the cell therapy space.
Develop and execute territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.
Partner with field-based teams to enhance HCP support and services.
Deliver approved medical and scientific education relevant to Arcellx products.
Gather insights from thought leaders and communicate them effectively.
Represent Arcellx at medical and scientific conferences.
Support clinical operations execution.
Manage domestic travel of approximately 50-70%.

Education

PharmD, M.D., or Ph.D. in health sciences preferred.
Master's degree in health sciences with clinical experience considered.
