Oracle Field Service Solutions - Senior Consultant

A Senior Consultant at Argano plays a critical role for designing and implementing functional and technical solutions for our mid-size to large clients or within the organization, leading major strategic initiatives, and managing key customer relationships. They apply extensive experience and knowledge of Oracle technology and modules to client's business to help them to improve operations and most frequently to help them grow revenue. They apply their experience and offer recommendations for improving current business process to improve revenue, enter new markets, making existing business more competitive or implementing operational improvements. They work with other functional and technical workstreams to provide a holistic technological and functional solutions for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle Field Service Cloud or Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud solutions for our clients 
• Oracle Field Service Cloud Lead is responsible for all aspects of the implementation of the project; from requirements gathering to delivery of the project
• Configure and implement Oracle Field Service Cloud subject areas such as Activities, Resources, Route Management, Integration, Collaborations, Plugins, Forms, Message Scenario, Quotas and Capacities,  and more.
• Be recognized as Functional/techno expert in Oracle Field Service Cloud and interdependent Oracle CX Applications, including but not limited to, Oracle Maintenance Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Projects and more. 
• Conduct discovery workshops, functional design session, CRP/UAT testing workshops, etc. with various business and functional SMEs from client
• Perform hands-on functional and technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks. 
• Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting technology
• Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements. Identify and document technical gaps. 
• Liaise between technical, functional, business and system integrator teams
• Conduct technical design reviews to Guide technical team to deliver high quality solutions
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams and Manage task assignments within the teams. Monitor and drive issues to resolution
• Collaborate with large clients or internal stakeholders to assess their needs and challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions. Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios
• Lead overall Field Service implementation ensuring the project competes on time and within budget, and meets quality Argano and Oracle standards
• Provide direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to other teams and consultants, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
• Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and innovations and assess their relevance to the organization

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology/Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology or Professional Services Consulting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle CX implementations, including Oracle Field Service 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Field Service Management or Workforce Management solutions
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrating Field Service Management with another Oracle or non-Oracle application
• Experience in configuration and implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud
• Experience in development of Forms, Plugins and configuration of Routing, Message Scenario and integration
• Preferred experience in integrating Oracle Field Service through middle-tier such as Oracle Integration Cloud
• Familiar with Agile implementation methodology
• Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment.
• Experience in various levels of Engineering and Professional Services including discovery workshops, process and solution design, development and implementation of projects
• This role requires milestone-based travel to customer location
• Knowledge of relevant technologies and frameworks
• Preferred Experience in any of the other Field Service technologies like ServiceMax, ServicePower, SAP Field Service, ClickSchedule or others
• Technical knowledge of integrations is a plus
• Technical knowledge of Plugins and Forms is a plus

• Executive Presence: The ability to interact effectively with senior client executives is important.
