We’re on a mission to better serve our communities and the retirement landscape in New Zealand - and are looking for a senior and savvy Change Manager to shape our transformation programme and lead change across multiple operational and people-focused initiatives.

In this 12-month fixed term contract role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of change strategies, ensuring effective phasing and change readiness across the business.

With a passion for enabling change, you will naturally contribute to Arvida’s change management capabilities, upskilling others along the transformation journey. You will also thrive in a hands-on environment where you hold accountability for designing and developing change and communication plans, process documentation, training material, and effectiveness metrics.

Based out of our Auckland Support Office, with some flexibility to work from home, no day will be the same and will see you regularly interacting with our communities and teams across New Zealand.

You are a delivery-focused Change Manager with proven experience in managing multiple projects at pace and leading complex transformation. In addition, you will also demonstrate:

  • Strong understanding of change methodologies and tools.
  • Strong process design and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience creating training and communication to support change plans.
  • Skills in building and maintaining trusted relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to enable cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar with human-centred design principles and building user experience journeys.
  • Curious, with a learning mindset and attitude for continuous improvement
  • Experience within the aged care or healthcare industry is an advantage, but not necessary.
