Responsibilities

Manage Product Life Cycle process for New Product Introduction to meet market requirements
Oversee project lifecycles from BoM creation to customer delivery ensuring milestones are met
Coordinate product release timing and specifications aligned with market priorities
Lead cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and finance to meet goals
Drive cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
Support technical development activities including customer demos and specification refinement
Participate in production forecasting and material requirements reviews
Resolve critical issues by collaborating with subject matter experts and using escalation processes
Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance outcomes and processes

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Material Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or related technical field
