Skills
Strong art direction and creative leadership for trailers and promotional content
Hands-on scripting, editorial, and gameplay capture experience
Experience working with capture pipelines and production workflows
Proficiency or working knowledge of Premiere and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including editors, motion graphics, and sound
Deep knowledge of video games and genuine passion for gaming
Strong background in sports (NFL, College Football, English Premier League) required
Responsibilities
Oversee creative direction and strategy for assigned trailer and promotional assets
Lead projects autonomously from scripting/concept through preproduction, production, and post-production
Collaborate with capture teams to plan, create, and iterate on in-game shots and gameplay capture
Craft scenes and scripts to inform capture and editorial processes
Coordinate with writers, motion graphics artists, editors, sound, and finishing teams
Incorporate client and management feedback to steer assets toward approvals
Exercise creative judgment on methods, techniques, and approaches to solve complex storytelling challenges
Network with internal and external stakeholders to align creative vision and deliverables
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Communications, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
Relevant professional training or portfolio demonstrating trailer/post-production experience
