Learning Systems Administrator Sr (Revenue Cycle Training Supervisor)

OverviewSupports the execution of Advocate Health’s learning systems strategy focusing on optimizing and enhancing the learner experience. Evaluates, recommends, and implements systems and system configurations to enhance learner experience. Creates, maintains and ensures the effectiveness of all enterprise learning systems and access for all roles at Advocate Health within the systems. Ensures the integrity of the systems and the content housed there through ongoing monitoring and implementation of governance and guidelines.Major Responsibilities:• Supervises the day-to-day activities of the trainers to ensure effective and efficient operation of the department.• Oversees and continuously evaluates the delivery of training for content, standardization, and effectiveness.• Collaborates with in-scope leaders to provide training and training support, including ad hoc requests and special projects.• Applies competency models and quality assessments to ensure the effective performance of all training specialists. Oversees the onboarding of new training specialists.• Carries out training policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with requirements.• Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which includes coaching on performance, completes performance reviews and overall staff morale. Recommends hiring, compensation changes, promotions, corrective action decisions, and terminations.• Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to the organization’s business.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required: N/AEducation Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience level requiredExperience Required: 5 years of experience as a learning systems administrator. 5 years of experience in customer service or an administrative support environment. Experience with virtual learning platforms preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:• Experience with Learning Management System administration and configuration• Strong knowledge of the landscape of adult learning technology tools and systems• Demonstrate ability to think critically• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels and interact with a diverse client population• Excellent organizational and customer service skills with a strong attention to detail• Ability to work with a diverse team• Ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office• Preferred: Report building, Survey creation and implementationPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:This position is 100% remote.
