This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Automation Developer (UIPath Experience with Agentic AI Skills) in the United States.

This role provides a unique opportunity to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that combine Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with agentic AI capabilities. You will work across business functions to translate complex processes into efficient, autonomous workflows that drive operational excellence. The Automation Developer will play a critical role in enhancing productivity, streamlining repetitive tasks, and leveraging AI for intelligent decision-making. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge RPA tools, advanced AI integrations, and collaborative work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Accountabilities

As an Automation Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UIPath, integrating agentic AI elements to enhance workflow intelligence and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Document and map current processes to develop AI-enhanced automated workflows with clear technical specifications.
  • Conduct testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting of automated processes to ensure reliability, efficiency, and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain and optimize existing RPA and AI solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA and AI solutions into existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users and project teams on implemented solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, recommending best practices, innovative AI strategies, and process improvements.

Candidates should have:

  • US citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance. Public Trust designation preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with extensive experience in UIPath and familiarity with agentic AI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of process automation, workflow optimization, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java, particularly with AI-focused frameworks.
  • Experience with database management and SQL.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and design AI-enhanced automated solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and explain AI concepts.

Preferred Skills:

  • UIPath certifications, such as UIPath Advanced Developer Certification.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with other RPA tools and their AI capabilities.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts for autonomous decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
