About the role
As an Account Director (Medical Affairs) in the Medical capability at Avalere Health, you'll play a crucial role in delivering strategic and commercial value to your clients. Reporting to the Client Services Director, your primary focus is to manage accounts strategically, nurture and expand existing client relationships, and maximize the potential of each account. You’ll collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure that services are provided with excellence, staying within budget, scope, and timelines. You’ll be a subject matter expert in Medical Affairs, with extensive experience managing large budgets and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, you’ll provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering their professional growth and development.
