This is a seasonal, temporary position with potential for part-time or full-time employment following the 2024 holiday season.

We are hiring a Part-Time Seasonal Back of House Associate to join our Dallas, Knox-Henderson team. 

Our Retail team creates a transformative experience for each and every customer that visits one of our seventeen stores. We build connections with our customers through product education, world-class-service standards, and operational excellence. We pride ourselves in owning the offline touch point for our brand, and use it as an opportunity to foster a stronger bond with loyal Away fans.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a widely celebrated brand that is looking to continue to innovate and iterate. We’re looking for candidates that are excited to provide best-in-class support to all of our customers from their arrival, and until their departure. 

What you’ll do as a Seasonal Back of House Associate

  • You’ll support the customer experience by managing stock and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and reliable data for cycle counts

  • You’ll process new deliveries and customers shipments

  • You’ll manage inventory controls and shrink, using our inventory management system

  • You’ll deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer in a way that is uniquely Away, whenever needed on the sales floor

  • You’ll represent our brand and our core values

  • You’ll work in-store programs and events as needed

  • You’ll maintain the integrity of the space and uphold our standard operating procedures

Who you are

  • You have inventory experience in a retail environment; extremely beneficial but not required

  • You’re an excellent communicator with a passion for people

  • You’re comfortable working with all types of personalities

  • You maintain cool under pressure

  • You’re an effective and expedient problem-solver with a keen attention to detail

  • You’re creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand

  • You’re agile, and motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment

  • You’re passionate about transforming travel for all (but that’s a given!)

  • You’re able to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift

  • You’re able to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift

  • You’re able to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift

What We Offer

  • Pay: $16.00 hourly
