QA Analyst

Axon is committed to protecting life through innovative technology and is seeking a motivated QA Analyst to enhance quality assurance processes by collaborating with development teams and end users. The ideal candidate will have strong manual testing skills, experience with Salesforce and D365, and the ability to drive quality improvements.

Skills

Strong manual testing skills with some automation experience.
Experience with Salesforce and Dynamics 365 applications.
Proficiency in QA tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and TestRail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with application development teams to understand requirements and provide QA input during design reviews.
Facilitate test planning and execution with end users for manual and automated testing.
Develop comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices across the software development life cycle.
Track, document, and report testing progress and defects using appropriate tools.
Provide guidance on QA process improvements and participate in root cause analysis.
Utilize testing tools and stay current with emerging QA methodologies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
