We’re seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their lean, collaborative HR team. If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving HR initiatives, and supporting the growth of an organization, we’d love to hear from you!Position Overview:As an HR Business Partner at our banking client, you will work directly with business leaders to provide strategic HR support, drive key initiatives, and foster a strong organizational culture. This role requires a solid background in HR, with the ability to partner with executives and provide guidance on a range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, performance evaluations, and organizational development.Key Responsibilities:• Advisory Role: Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on people and culture initiatives, employee relations, and organizational development.• Employee Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support employee development and provide coaching on performance and personal growth.• Talent Management: Assist with talent reviews, succession planning, and performance evaluation processes.• HR Projects & Initiatives: Lead and execute HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned business units, offering insights, guidance, and updates on HR initiatives.• Workday Expertise: Use Workday to input personnel changes, manage reporting, and maintain accurate records.• Recruitment Support: Provide backup support to the recruiting team, including candidate screening and interview coordination.Qualifications:• Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with a preference for candidates with financial services (banking) experience.• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.• Technical Skills:• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables) and Outlook.• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred (non-technical).• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.A1399122CHI_1732046043To Apply for this Job Click Here
