Software Engineer, Backend (Developer Tooling)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement internal libraries and tooling adhering to Observability best practices.
Identify, propose, and implement performance improvements across the technology stack.
Build resources for application and infrastructure teams to diagnose performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues affecting customers.
Own projects from design through large-scale rollout.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous performance improvement.
