Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Modeler to design, implement, support, and maintain relational database model systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data modeling, expertise in tools like Erwin, and hands-on experience with both logical and physical data models. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to collaborate with technical teams, and proficiency in reverse engineering and managing repository activities as well as advanced English fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, support, and maintain relational database model systems. 

Qualifications

  • Proven 5+ years of experience as a Data Modeler, particularly in clinical data.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling tools, especially Erwin or other similar tools.
  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining logical and physical data models.
  • Solid understanding of reverse engineering and synchronizing legacy data models.
  • Hands-on experience with repository management tasks (Model Merging, User Access, Model Version Management).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and provide innovative solutions.
  • Advanced written and spoken English fluency.

Additional Information

  • Type of contract: Independent contractor (service provision/outsourcing model). This type of contract does not include tax withholding, insurance etc. It only covers the gross payment for hours worked on a monthly basis.
  • Work Schedule & Time Zone: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 9 AM to 5 PM EST USA.
  • Contract Duration: 12 months, renewal based on performance.
  • Client Process (Number of Interviews): CV revision by the partner, 2 interviews with the end client.
  • Equipment/Hardware: The contractor must use their own computer.
