Fullstack Developer Java/Python/React - 100% Remote - LATAM

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with extensive experience in Java, Python, React and modern web technologies to join a dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with an internal and external team to develop high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Take ownership of feature development across the entire stack using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React.
• Collaboration: Partner with a small, highly skilled team of offshore developers, providing guidance and ensuring top-notch code quality.
• Problem Solving: Tackle technical challenges head-on and find innovative solutions.
• Communication: Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members

Must have Skills :

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally with some exposure to the fintech industry.

Technical Skills:

• Java: Strong proficiency in Java with experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• React: Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React.
• Databases: Experience with SQL databases.
• API Design: Understanding of RESTful API principles.
• Python: Proficient in Python, including data structures (lists, dictionaries), control flow, functions, object-oriented programming, and data manipulation using dataframes with libraries like Pandas. Python: work on Predictive Analytics and AI ML (must)
• Nice to have: AI/ML: Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience integrating AI capabilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms, testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), and CI/CD pipelines.

B2+ or Advanced English proficiency

Contract details:

• Contract Type: Contractor (Benefits: vacation days, paid holidays, trips to the U.S., home-office setup, and more)
• Location: The client is located in the United States, but the position is for 100% remote work
• Schedule and Time Zone: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week) New York Timezone
