This position will develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including market research, target audience segmentation, digital marketing campaign performance and tactical recommendations to drive brand awareness, generate leads and ultimately contribute to the company's growth.The Campaign Manager will work in a cross-functional team to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet strategic targets.This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Run and execute digital campaigns in various advertising platforms, such as Meta, Google, OTT, etc.;• Leverage digital advertising platforms to maximize campaign reach and engagement;• Monitor and maintain paid advertising budgets;• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets;• Oversee and manage platforms within search, digital display, social, OTT, and other applicable tools;• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning;• Conduct market research and analyzing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviors;• Track campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization;• Optimize campaigns within the advertising platforms to reach highest ROI;• Compile reports and put together presentations to present data;• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution;• Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines;• Complete other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s level degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study from an accredited college;• At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role or advertising platforms and programmatic platforms;• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar, preferred;• Demonstrable experience in running and driving digital campaigns and handling and monitoring advertising budgets;• Understanding of key marketing concepts including advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media strategy;• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;• Working knowledge of analytics and tracking platforms; Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar/Lucky Orange, preferred;• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with prior project management experience;• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;• Proven track record of accountability managing multiple and competing priorities and meeting time sensitive deadlines and tasks;• Strong analytical skills, highly detail-oriented with unprompted follow-through;• Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills;• Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;• Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany.
