Role Overview
As the Growth Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind all growth-related initiatives within our product team. You’ll take ownership of the patient lifecycle, ensuring seamless activation, intuitive onboarding, and sustained retention. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and Head of Product, this role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Define and execute a data-driven strategy to optimize the patient lifecycle, focusing on engagement and retention metrics.

  • Marketing Automation Expertise: Leverage tools like Customer.io to design, implement, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive patient engagement.

  • Product Ownership: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features that drive patient growth and lifecycle optimization.

  • Wireframing and Design: Utilize tools like Figma to create wireframes and prototypes, translating complex ideas into intuitive product experiences.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and monitor success metrics, leveraging data insights to inform product decisions and iterate quickly.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and care teams to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.

  • Patient-Centric Approach: Advocate for patient needs and preferences through research and feedback loops, ensuring product solutions are aligned with their expectations.

  • Experimentation and Innovation: Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and uncover new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare and/or consumer-facing products.

  • Growth Expertise: Proven track record of driving user acquisition, activation, and retention through product innovations.

  • Marketing Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Customer.io, HubSpot, or Braze to support growth initiatives.

  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Proficiency with tools like Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate product ideas effectively.
