AI Enablement Engineer

BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, serving institutions and retail investors worldwide. They seek a full-time AI Enablement Engineer in New York City to build and deploy AI-driven tools that accelerate and enhance internal workflows across engineering, support, and operations.

Skills

Experience building human-in-the-loop AI systems, LLM-powered agents, or AI copilots in production.
Knowledge of AI/ML techniques including context engineering, embeddings, vector stores, and LLM APIs.
Ability to reason about system trade-offs and long-term maintainability for AI-infused applications.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with technical and non-technical teams.
5+ years of backend engineering experience with a product and systems mindset.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prototype AI-enhanced workflows.
Design, deploy, and maintain internal AI systems to improve team speed, accuracy, and clarity.
Monitor AI tool effectiveness using feedback and data metrics.
Develop and productionize AI copilots and agentic workflows that accelerate decisions and reduce manual toil.
Manage the full lifecycle of AI tools emphasizing safety and maintainability.
Establish best practices for AI safety, context engineering, and integration with existing systems.
Contribute to and influence the company-wide AI adoption strategy and frameworks.
