What will you do?
As an International Program Associate, you will support Bixal’s growing portfolio of international projects, including projects with long-term country offices based outside the US as well as US-based projects with international clients. You will work under the close supervision of an International Program Manager and in close collaboration with project teams, including Directors and Chiefs of Party. Major tasks are described below, and other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Join Bixal as an International Program Associate, where you will be at the heart of our international projects from the comfort of your home in the United States. In this role, you'll work closely with an International Program Manager and collaborate with dedicated project teams that include Directors and Chiefs of Party. You'll be instrumental in driving operational efficiency by coordinating between our country offices and home office teams, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and effectively. Your tasks will include managing project budgets, drafting contracts with consultants and vendors, and supporting various financial operations like travel arrangements and expense reports. You'll also play a key role in managing project documentation and knowledge management on SharePoint, which helps maintain our high-quality standards. If you have a passion for international development and are ready to contribute to our mission through operational support and client engagement, we want to hear from you. We're looking for someone with at least two years of experience and a knack for organization, communication, and collaborative teamwork. With a salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 a year, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a forward-thinking organization that values cultural sensitivity and operational excellence.
