In this dynamic role, you'll be the key liaison for our Nordics portfolio, ensuring existing customer satisfaction while identifying exciting upsell opportunities. Your daily responsibilities will include managing relationships with key accounts, showcasing our cutting-edge Engagement CDP solutions, and driving the contract renewal process. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success team and solution consultants, giving you an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment. You’ll need a deep understanding of online marketing and at least 5 years of experience in quota-carrying roles, preferably in SaaS.
