Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced Wiring Technical Designer.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops, maintains and releases electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs or engineering documentation and data by applying Company, industry and governmental standards. Interprets and develops design requirements based on technical data.
Selects components, prepares design layouts, modifies existing designs and integrates system elements to satisfy customer and productivity requirements.
Validates engineering system design and functionality.
Ensures compliance with requirements, standards and applicable regulatory authority and maintains the integrity of the product.
Coordinates activities and products with internal partners and external suppliers.
Works under general direction of a lead engineer and an experienced mentor to enhance both your technical learning and career growth.
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience with wire harness, electrical and/or mechanical design.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience using wire design tools such as WIRS, MAPPER, CADDS and/or Capital Logic.
Experience working in a cross functional team environment and have good verbal and written communication skills.

Summary Pay Range:
Associate (Level 2): $56,950 - $77,050
Experienced (Level 3): $68,000 - $92,000
