Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.
Job Description
You are leading, organizing and coordinating multiple worldwide projects with varying complexity from the concept to the launch of the product (power tool accessories):
- With your experience you lead your international project teams in terms of planning and controlling of project resources as well as problem and risk management
- You are responsible for the achievement of project KPIs such as project schedule, product quality and economic targets, taking into account project costs and employee capacities.
- You proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management process and tools
- With your open personality and strong communication skills you continuously present the project status to management and important stakeholders
- You work in a cross-functional and international team with close cooperation and coordination with various Power Tools Business Units, accessory manufactures and the patent department
Qualifications
Education: University Degree in the field of engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, materials engineering) or technical studies
Experience and know-how: At least 3 years ore more professional experience in a similar position, ideally in product development and practical experience in agile methods (Scrum, Design Thinking)
Personality and working style: Ability to work in a team, high solution-orientation and creativity, good communication and leadership skills (including motivation, giving feedback, team development), initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to take responsibility, systematic and self-reliant, with very good analytical skills
Willingness to travel: 5%
Languages: Fluent in German and English
