Brand Manager

Coupang is a fast-growing global e-commerce company focused on making shopping and living easier; we seek a customer-obsessed, results-driven Brand Manager to set brand strategy, expand selection, improve commercial terms, and drive top- and bottom-line performance through vendor acquisition and management. The ideal candidate combines retail or e-commerce buying/vendor management experience with strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Skills

Experience in buying, vendor management, or new business development
Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics
Analytical mindset with experience using data tools to drive decisions
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who works effectively with minimal direction
Negotiation and commercial terms management

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with new and existing sellers and vendors, driving selection expansion
Define and execute brand strategies to grow category sales and margin
Negotiate business terms and improve vendor agreements
Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, and marketing teams
Oversee multiple projects while maintaining high operational standards and timelines
Analyze performance metrics and use data to inform assortment and commercial decisions
Provide support to the direct manager and participate in vendor onboarding and enablement

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
