Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist, you will own the onboarding and implementation process for our clients. Your expertise will enable customers to unlock the full potential of our product while creating a foundation for long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including scoping, data migration, system configuration, and user training.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to gather requirements, set timelines, and manage expectations.
  • Analyze customer data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Build and execute workflows to support clients in adopting our platform efficiently.
  • Conduct tailored training sessions for customer teams, enabling them to maximize product value.
  • Monitor and report on key implementation milestones, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure a smooth handoff post-implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in an implementation, or onboarding, preferably in SaaS.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Excel, including working with large, complex data sets. You should be comfortable with pivot tables, advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and data cleaning techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data before migration and integration.
  • Solid understanding of data integration and the ability to work with iPaaS tools like Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, or similar platforms 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions and support customer needs.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Attention to detail and an organized approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with midmarket clients, particularly in the construction or project management sectors.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or implementation tools such as Salesforce 
  • An understanding of API integrations or related technical processes.
