We provide a private, personalized, client-centered approach to divorce, adoption, LGBTQ+ family issues, and other family law matters. Led by Adam B. Cordover, an internationally recognized leader in Collaborative Practice and co-author of an American Bar Association book on the topic, we emphasize resolving disputes privately and amicably to protect everyone’s dignity and family relationships. The Opportunity:

As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive Legal & Marketing (or Sales) Assistant with experience in both marketing and client intake within a legal environment. This role requires familiarity with Clio Manage and Clio Grow to effectively support our clients and team.

This fully remote position is open to candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones. If you are compassionate, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and committed to client satisfaction, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will be disciplined in managing remote work, meeting deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with our team to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive first impression for all firm contacts.
  • Manage new client intakes and initial communications via Clio Grow.
  • Implement marketing plans and manage social media content.
  • Answer calls, coordinate and schedule meetings, and screen clients effectively.
  • Organize, update, and maintain client databases and files via Clio Manage.
  • Assist with simple document drafting, processing, and financial disclosure handling.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the team.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, with family law experience being a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Proficiency with Clio Grow and Clio Manage.
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a compassionate, client-focused approach.
  • High School Diploma required; additional education is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) and an ability to learn new software quickly.
