Applied AI Engineer (Agentic Workflows)

They seek an Applied AI Engineer to design and develop intelligent, agentic systems and conversational AI-driven workflows, improving user interaction and autonomous AI behavior within product ecosystems.

Skills

4+ years experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI roles.
Proficiency in Python, LLM APIs, and libraries like transformers, LangChain, and OpenAI.
Experience building chatbots or conversational UIs and strong understanding of natural language processing.
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and handling structured and semi-structured data.
Familiarity with vector databases, tool use orchestration, and agent memory design.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

Architect and build agentic workflows that interpret user intent, plan tasks, and execute operations autonomously.
Develop and iterate chat-based user interfaces to enable rich, dynamic interactions.
Leverage Large Language Model platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic and use orchestration tools like LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate conversational AI features.
Design systems for evaluating agent performance, incorporating user feedback and improving reliability.
Stay current with developments in LLM tools, RAG pipelines, memory/state handling, and prompt engineering.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
